This project involved the replacement of a deteriorated deck with widespread rot in the beams, joists, and deck boards. The new 280 sq ft deck was rebuilt with a focus on longevity and detail, featuring joist tape for moisture protection, hidden fasteners, two privacy walls, and generously sized 5-foot-wide stairs for safe, comfortable access.
